Dilithium endeavors to deliver products and services that achieve our committed objectives and exceed our customer’s expectations. All of our employees are responsible for quality. They are empowered to take action to improve quality and respond quickly to customer problems. We continually measure our performance and regularly seek feedback from our customers, so that we may continue to earn their trust and build preferred supplier relationships. We are committed to comply with ISO9001 certification requirements and to continually improve the effectiveness of the quality management system.
 
   

Quality Philosophy

 
Quality, and the continuous improvement of quality, is one of Dilithium Network’s five Core Values. The true metric of success for our quality goals is when our customers’ consistently attain their business objectives, increase their competitiveness, and improve their profitability as a result of the products and services we provide. We define quality as “Consistently high levels of customer satisfaction achieved through delivery of superior products and services that enable our customers to attain and sustain market leadership.”  
   
Dilithium Networks believes that all of our employees have the ability and responsibility to impact and improve quality for our customers, from product development to manufacturing to technical support. When a customer problem surfaces, we strive to first listen and understand the problem in detail, then to respond quickly and solve the problem to our customer’s satisfaction. We continually survey our customer base to review and improve our performance against our customer satisfaction and quality objectives. The results of the customer satisfaction surveys help drive process improvement and further the development of a customer-centric culture.
 
   
The environment we operate in assumes 99.999% product reliability. Therefore, achieving industry leading technology, product performance, reliability, and quality are fundamental to our success and the success of our customers. We have a program of Quality Management which emphasizes continuous improvement, rigorous metrics and regular measurement of performance against those metrics throughout the business, and teamwork via our “One Team” concept, which is another of Dilithium Network’s five Core Values. We value the loyalty of our customers but recognize that the ultimate outcomes of our quality programs are stronger customer relationships, and that these must be renewed daily.
