Job Description  
  • Provide pre-sales technical engagement with customers and post-sales technical support including project coordination, implementation, installation and training.
  • Identify and align customer objectives with Dilithium solutions and communicate benefits through customized presentations and proposals.
  • Work as an integral team member with sales managers to achieve sales goals.
  • To provide competitive responses to partners and customers RFP/RFI.
  • Establish proposal/presentation development schedule, including key deliverables and action items, and track progress.
  • Develop sufficient market and company knowledge to be able to contribute to product and sales strategies.
  • Develop technical application notes and solution documents for related applications.
  • Participates in the development of operating goals and objectives for the Global Support Services organization; recommends, implements, and administers methods and procedures to enhance operations.
  • This role may require 30%-40%% of travelling within Asia Pacific
  • Establish and maintain relationships across all other Dilithium functional areas and perform other such duties as the Company may request from time to time.
 
   
Qualification Requirements  
  • Technology based degree with at least 5 to 6 years of related experience in IT or Telecommunications industry.
  • Strong practical knowledge on SIP, RTSP, ISDN PRI, H.323, H.324M and SS7 ISUP/ISDN/SIGTRAN protocols.
  • Familiar with IMS network evolution for 3rd Generation Networks.
  • Competent on Linux OS and familiarity with MySQL, HTTP, XML and Flash Web technologies will be an added advantage.
  • Linux Scripting and PHP scripting will be added advantage.
  • Strong analytical and structural approach.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills in English and Chinese
  • Ability to work independently and smartly.
  • Self initiative and a strong team player.

Sales Director, Indonesia  
   
Job Description  

Sales Director shall be responsible for establishing, developing and closing business opportunities with key account mobile operators, major telecommunications equipment manufacturers, and channel partners. The position requires senior level sales experience with large carrier accounts, as well as major equipment vendors, and channel partners.   This is a new position that will be responsible for the sales territory of Indonesia and reports to the Vice President of Sales, Asia Pacific.

 
   
Responsibilities  
  • Manage all activities and coordinate between Dilithium and our key accounts. Promote full range of solutions to customers. Produce and deliver formal business proposals and presentations.
  • Seek out, identify, develop and close business opportunities with all accounts in territory.
  • Identify key customer requirements and coordinate with Product Management and Engineering to ensure smooth implementations of requirements in the products.
  • Identify, quantify, and recommend action plan to address new business opportunities consistent with overall strategy.
  • Demonstrate ability to manage customer accounts at both the senior management and technical level.
  • Detailed knowledge of wireless communications, and video protocols
 
   
Desirable  
  • Knowledge and understanding of communication systems and multimedia standards,
  • Knowledge in handset-oriented embedded systems development
  • Knowledge of video codecs such as H.263, MPEG4-part2 and MPEG4-part 10 (H.264) Knowledge of audio/voice codecs such as narrow-band AMR
  • Familiarity with 3G Video telephony and in particular the 3G-324M protocol or the H.324 protocol
  • Experience in the full software development life-cycle

3G-324M Handset Software Engineers (Recent Graduates Welcome)  
   

Dilithium Networks is a leading supplier of 3G Video Telephony protocol stacks to the handset market, and supplies its stack to terminal vendors, OEMs and ODMs. We are looking for a talented software engineer to join our 3G-324M protocol stack team. The individual will be part of the team that develops and targets our market leading 3G-324M protocol to variety of handsets and terminals running on variety of operating systems and platforms, in particular Windows Mobile and a variety of Linux flavors. This is a unique opportunity to work on technically demanding projects, to relatively tight timescales, as part of a highly skilled, innovative and entrepreneurial team.

 
Required  
  • Electrical/Computer/Telecommunication Engineering degree
  • Excellent programming skills in C and C++ Excellent problem solving skills
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Windows and/or Linux platforms, and associated development environment
