Mobily (an Etisalat subsidiary in KSA) announced the launch of an advanced 3G Live and Video on Demand Portal powered by the Dilithium ViVAS solution. The Mobily service is accessible to subscribers by
dialing a short-code. Channel and menu switching is very rapid, and subscribers can watch 21 live TV channels, a wide collection of Video on Demand (14 channels), music and other videos.
