Singapore’s Infocomm Invests in Dilithium
Singapore, June 1, 2005—
Dilithium, a leading provider of wireless
multimedia solutions, today announced that Infocomm
Investments Private Limited (IIPL), a wholly-owned
subsidiary of the Infocomm Development Authority of
Singapore (IDA), has invested in the company. IIPL’s
investment was part of an $18 million (USD) Series C funding
in February of this year. The capital raised will be used to
grow Dilithium’s global sales and support footprint and for
general corporate purposes.

to seek new growth opportunities for the infocomm sector,”
said Lee Fook Chiew, CEO of IIPL. “Dilithium'
research and development activities in mobile and wireless
solutions can help to develop the market in Singapore where
3G services have just been launched.”

Dilithium will be exhibiting at CommunicAsia 2005 and will
be demonstrating its 3G video telephony products at Stand
4D3-07, Hall 4, Singapore Expo Center. In addition to IIPL,
Motorola Ventures, JAFCO, Deutsche Bank, Capital Partners
and CM Capital are also investors in the company.
