British Telecom Executive Joins Dilithium

Petaluma, CA. — June 8, 2005 — Dilithium, a leading provider of wireless multimedia solutions, announced today that Gerard Delaney is joining the Company as Vice President and General Manager, Europe Middle East and Africa. Delaney is currently the General Manager for Mobile Wholesale at British Telecom where he has been responsible for growing BT’s business with mobile operators.

Prior to joining BT, Mr. Delaney worked at Ericsson for seven years mainly in Asia, Sweden and the UK. During his career at Ericsson Mr. Delaney was General Manager, Customer Solutions for Ericsson Business Unit Systems based in Stockholm, and became the Vice-President of Channel Management for the Market Unit Wireline in EMEA in 2002.  Prior to that, he was responsible for Ericsson’s Customer Services business in Japan and Southern China.

A graduate of the National University of Ireland, Mr. Delaney commenced his career at Mitsui & Co Ltd in Tokyo. He worked for a number of companies in Ireland and Singapore prior to winning an EU Scholarship to study in Japan in 1996. He has participated in a number of Executive Education Programs at the Harvard Business School.
