Dilithium Unveils New Revenue-Generating Solutions & Applications
at GSM Mobile World Congress 2008

Petaluma, CA. Feb 6, 2008Dilithium, the leader in converged video solutions, announced today that it will exhibit at GSM Mobile World Congress from February 11-14 in Barcelona, Spain.  Dilithium is exhibiting in Hall 2/Stand 2B33.

Dilithium develops and delivers market leading solutions that generate significant revenue for operators, content providers and aggregators by enabling innovative applications and services for the converged video market. Dilithium’s technology enables the complete suite of revenue-enhancing video and voice applications, as well as the opportunity to share them across as wide a range of users as possible.

“2008 is set to be the year when converged video explodes into the public consciousness, with media companies all looking to create 'four-screen' access to content across cinema screens, TV, computers and mobile phones,” said Mitch Lewis, SVP of Dilithium’s Service Providers Business Unit.  “Dillithium leads the industry in the seamless sharing and delivery of video content, whatever the device or medium. The fact that figures such as Robert Redford have been invited to give keynote speeches at the show reflects the coming of age of video as a true mobile service and revenue generator for both operators and content creators.”

At the GSM Mobile World Congress, Dilithium will announce the following new product:

DCA (Dilithium Content Adapter)

The DCA is a flexible, real-time, on-the-fly, high performance solution that enables users to create and share video content irrespective of network (2G, 3G, WiFi) or format (QuickTime or other media players). Content is adapted between formats near-instantaneously as it is being streamed, preventing the need for storage of various formats and the risk of user incompatibility, while significantly expanding the horizons and possibilities of shared content.

Additionally, Dilithium will demonstrate the following solutions and applications:

Video Applications, including –

VCCV (Video Call Completion to Voice) with Avatars:
Dilithium VCCV bridges the gap between 3G and 2G mobile technologies by providing seamless connectivity. Calls are completed regardless of the consumer's location and handset technology. When the recipient is unable to answer, VCCV prompts the caller to leave a video or voice mail message. Avatars can also be added for further personalization.

Video Blog/Micro Blog:
Video blogging is a new medium for people to post user generated multimedia content. Dilithium's video blogging solution is the world's first application to enable video blogging from mobile phones directly to internet sites for download by other users.

Video Ringback:
Following on from the highly successful Audio Ringback Tones, Video Ringback Tones bring exciting new revenue opportunities for mobile operators. Dilithium solutions enable subscribers to either create their own video clips or download music or other prerecorded videos from the operator for a premium fee.

Video Surveillance:
Dilithium's Video Monitoring is a cost effective, easy to deploy, real-time video monitoring solution accessible anytime, anywhere via 3G mobile handsets.
